This acid is used as essential part of platinum plating bath and platinum compound making process. Melting point of Hexachloro Platinic Acid is 60 degree C. It is soluble in water and it may decompose whrn exposed to moisture, air or sunlight. This chemical needs to be stored at 2 degree C to 8 degree C storage temperature range.
